Join us at the Nature Sanctuary for a special Día de los Muertos celebration for the whole family. Together we will honor life, memory, and the beauty of the circle of life through storytelling, games, rituals, and cultural traditions.
What’s happening
– A colorful altar of remembrance
– Shared reflections on love, memory, and nature
– Storytelling circles and rituals for kids (in NL and EN)
– Activities (for kids > 4.yo): art stations, storytelling, dance, facepaint/ schmink
The event is non for profit, but we ask for a small amount to reserve your spot and cover the activities.
You also have the possibility of buying authentic Mexican food offered by various caterers.
Bring along: A small offering (flower, candle, drawing, photo, or object of remembrance) for the altar, and an empty jar to make a candle.

NL: Kom naar het natuurreservaat voor een speciale Día de los Muertos-viering voor het hele gezin. Samen eren we het leven, de herinnering en de schoonheid van de cirkel van het leven door middel van verhalen vertellen, spelletjes, rituelen en culturele tradities.
Wat er gebeurt
– Een kleurrijk altaar van herinnering
– Gedeelde reflecties op liefde, herinnering en de natuur
– Vertelcirkels en rituelen voor kinderen (in NL en EN)
– Activiteiten (voor kinderen > 4 jaar): kunststations, verhalen vertellen, dans, schminken/schminken
Het evenement is non-profit, maar we vragen een kleine bijdrage om je plek te reserveren en de activiteiten te dekken.
Je kunt ook authentiek Mexicaans eten kopen, aangeboden door diverse cateraars.
Neem mee: Een kleine offergave (bloem, kaars, tekening, foto of voorwerp van herinnering) voor het altaar en een lege pot om een kaars van te maken.
